SUMMARY: Make the mouse pointer on your Windows XP laptop easier to see.
Are you having difficulties seeing the mouse pointer on your Windows XP laptop's LCD screen? The following tips may make the mouse a little more noticeable.
1. Click "Start" and choose "Control Panel".
2. Select "Mouse".
3. When the "Mouse Properties" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select the "Pointers/Options" tab.
4. Check "Display pointer trails" and move the slide to "Long".
5. Uncheck "Hide pointer while typing" if you desire.
6. Click "Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key". This displays a flashing circle around your pointer whenever you press the CTRL key.
