Show Battery Manufacturer Details

SUMMARY: Display extra manufacturer details about the battery inside your Windows XP laptop.
 
Interested in who made the battery powering your Windows XP laptop?

1. Click "Start" and choose "Control Panel".
2. Select "Power Options".
3. When the "Power Options Properties" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select the "Power Meter" tab.
4. Check "Show details for each battery" if it is not already.
5. Double-click a battery icon to see a dialog box with the battery's name, unique ID, chemistry, power state, and manufacturer.
6. Click "OK" to close the dialog boxes.
