Are you having trouble with the Windows XP taskbar where programs, when minimized, don't appear? The following file from Kelly Theriot may do the trick:

Note that if you have virus or spyware scanners running they may complain about this program as it will modify your registry. If you are concerned, save the file to disk first and open it up in Notepad.
