Programs Don't Show Up On Taskbar

SUMMARY: Do software packages not show up on your Windows XP taskbar when minimized? Here is a link to a possible fix.

Are you having trouble with the Windows XP taskbar where programs, when minimized, don't appear? The following file from Kelly Theriot may do the trick:
