Switching User Accounts
SUMMARY: Switch user accounts without restarting your Windows XP machine.
If your Windows XP machine has more than one account set up, such as a regular user account and an administrator account, it's easy to switch accounts without shutting down your machine. Just click the "Start" menu, choose "Log off", then "Switch User".
