Windows XP and Explorer - Missing Search, Back, Folders, Other Buttons

SUMMARY: Make missing buttons in Windows XP Explorer views reappear.

If Windows XP Explorer or Internet Explorer windows are missing the back arrow, Folders, Search, and other buttons, just click on a folder. Choose the "View" menu, select "Toolbars", and then check "Standard Buttons" to get these conveniences back.
