Cancel All Spooled Documents

SUMMARY: Stop a series of spooled documents from printing on a Windows XP system.

To quickly cancel all of the currently spooled documents, do the following:

1. Double-click the printer icon near the right of your Windows taskbar (near the clock).
2. Choose "Printer" then "Cancel All Documents".
3. Confirm.

Note that some documents or pages may have already made it to your printer. Although not recommended, you can shut off the printer manually and keep it shut down for a couple of minutes to help prevent any more documents from being printed. Do not turn the printer back on until you have confirmed all documents have been removed from the print spool.
