| Have Others Reply to Another Address SUMMARY: Answering e-mail in your Yahoo! Mail account but use another provider for your primary e-mail address? Ask others to reply to your e-mail elsewhere.
If you send e-mail via Yahoo! Mail but would like recipients, if they reply to the mail, to use a different e-mail address you have, perform the following tweak:
(Note the following instructions were current as of 1/2/2006 - Yahoo! Mail's interface is subject to change.)
(Also note that people use different e-mail programs that may or may not accept the "reply to" field.)
1. From the "Mail" tab, click "Options".
2. Underneath "Mail Options", click "General Preferences".
3. Underneath "Name and Email", next to "Reply to:", enter the e-mail address to where you wish replies to go.
4. Click "Save" to store your settings.
