SUMMARY: Display company financial information, including stock quotes, from within the Yahoo! search engine.
Need a quick stock quote without going to a financial website? Use Yahoo!. Just enter "quote" then the company's stock symbol in the search box, such as (for example purposes only):
* AAPL - Apple Computer
* GM - General Motors
* MSFT - Microsoft
* TWX - Time Warner, Inc.
* YHOO - Yahoo!
(As of June 28, 2006, Yahoo! displays quotes from the American, NASDAQ, and New York Stock Exchanges.)
Above Yahoo's search results should be a stock quote for the desired company as well as a chart. Yahoo! also displays links for more detailed quotes, charts, a company profile, and news items.
