ZoneAlarm Pro - Prevent an E-Mail Attachment File Type From Being QuarantinedSUMMARY: If you do not believe an e-mail attachment needs to be quarantined to prevent potential virus attacks, disable this feature in ZoneAlarm Pro.
By default, ZoneAlarm Pro will quarantine attachment types that it deems suspicions. For example, whenever you receive an executable attachment and try to access it by double-clicking the attachment's icon, instead of the file running, a warning message should appear. After reading the warning, you can inspect the file with Notepad, save the file as a different filename, abort executing the attachment, or run the attachment anyway. |
